The Communications Authority of Australia (ACMA) jointly owns the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM). The use of THE RCM for products covered by ACMA agreements (for example. Mount Laurel, NJ, and Little Rock, AR, June 2, 2020 – The Commission for Case Manager Certification® (the Commission) and the American Case Management Association (ACMA) have entered into a cooperation agreement to recognize their training offers. Cooperation will improve access to professional development and continuing education for tens of thousands of case managers nationwide. An agreement between the University of Tasmania (UTAS) /Australian Maritime College (AMC) and the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) confers certain powers in accordance with Section 122A (1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992 (Law) which allows AMC to perform its role in accordance with the agreement and to perform the necessary legal functions and services (SFAS). These legal functions are as follows: the American Case Management Association (ACMA) is a nationally recognized non-profit association for case management and transitions of healthcare professionals. ACMA was founded in 1999 and consists of more than 9,000 members, 37,000 teaching graduates and 6,800 registered managers cases (ACM®) Membership consists of nurses, social workers, doctors, educators and other case managers and nursing staff transitions. Visit acmaweb.org and acmaweb.org/certification for more information. ACMA and the Commission share a vision for the development of competent and prepared case management staff. As part of the agreement, ACMA recognises the Commission`s training offer as well as thousands of courses delivered under the Commission`s Pre-Approved Training Programme (PACE). Similarly, the Commission agrees to recognize ACMA`s continuing education offers.

Both organizations value the commitment and knowledge base of case management experts who obtain certification. Thanks to a cooperation agreement with the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), this activity and the corresponding ACM/CMAC credits are acceptable for the renewal of the CCM. The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is a nationally accredited case management certification organization that oversees the case manager certification and disability management process with its CCM® and CDMS® credentials.
