At our fourth EBA meeting on 14 April 2016, Qantas finally provided us with the themes they want to achieve from these negotiations. You will find your claims in the following bulletin: Qantas presents its claims. What is going on? The agreement enters into force on November 30, 2016. There are rewards for EBA members for delivering the airline a record profit. The agreement says: what to do? The agreement will enter into force on November 6, 2013. Qantas has indicated to the ASU that there will be a refund: Level 1-9 – salary period on 3. For workers who take the additional two weeks as leave, this is 14 weeks of parental leave in addition to the state plan. This makes this EBA one of the most family-friendly. Both ASU and Qantas argued that none of the clauses in EBA 10 contained discriminatory clauses. Commissioner Johns rejected the requests of the two Brisbane employees and approved the agreement.
